Having a plan for your institution's growth and development makes it easier to strategically fundraise to meet your goals and vision. Join leaders in the area of museum leadership, planning and fundraising for an informative workshop on best practices and the practical application of planning.
Part one of this two-hour session will cover the following information:
What is a plan? When do does an organization need one and what is the secret to making them work? What does a plan do for an organization beyond the work of the plan? This workshop will move from best practices to sharing actual plans and their evolution through implementation.
Part two will pick up on these ideas and cover the following:
How does having made good plans affect the fundraising outcome for an organization? What types of fundraising plans are there? How do you implement them with limited staff and volunteer boards of directors?
