SUMMARY:Webinar | Too Many Cooks? Managing Exhibits with Small Teams and Big Boards
DESCRIPTION:\nThis webinar will explore how to successfully curate exhibits from start to finish while working with the constraints of a small team. We’ll discuss the importance of clear expectations, establishing deadlines, and planning around capacity. We’ll also talk about working with boards and stakeholders who may not fully grasp the time and effort behind the work, and how to bring them along without losing momentum.\nRSVP HERE\nAbout the Speakers\nCheyenne K.
