Chief Operations Officer (COO)

The Museum of Arts & Sciences in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and elevate our internal operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will oversee museum operations, human resources and earned income programs, playing a vital role in advancing our mission and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in operations and human resources with an emphasis on non-profit and/or cultural organizations. The COO will embrace a challenge and welcome the opportunity to lead and develop operations during a transformative period in our institution’s history which includes a new museum building, campus unification, and expanded revenue opportunities. An organized planner, analytical thinker, problem solver and excellent communicator, the COO will be the key person developing and supporting the team and daily operations.
