Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping complex spaces running smoothly? Join our team as a Facilities & Exhibits Operations Technician III and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and well-functioning museum environment for guests and staff alike.

In this role, you’ll perform high-level facility and exhibit maintenance, working daily with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. You’ll routinely inspect the museum, IMAX theater, grounds, and equipment, respond to maintenance requests, and coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors—all with a friendly, service-oriented mindset. Safety, reliability, and guest experience are at the heart of everything you do.

We’re looking for a self-motivated “go-getter” with a high school diploma (or GED) and at least two years of building or exhibit maintenance experience. Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills, and comfort using MS Office are required. Experience with HVAC systems, fire panels, building management systems, lifts, or lighting controls is a plus.
