Self-proclaimed Small Museum professionals. Some define this by an annual budget less than $300,000 a year while others define it by the number of staff. If you wear multiple hats and volunteers sometimes perform key duties at your museum, you are probably a small museum professional!
How to Prepare!
Send questions or pressing topics you would like considered for the conversation in advance. We will select a few of these to get us started. Some ideas may include:
- Sharing success stories in your efforts to re-engage audiences post-covid, or engage new audiences.
- Considering experiences with grant and foundation funding this year, and how you are addressing these changes.
- Discussing larger trends in Florida significantly that affect your work as a small museum.
